1. The promotion will commence on Thursday 16 March 2017 and will run to Monday 27 March 2017 at 22:59 GMT/23:59 BST/16:59 PST/09:59 (March 28th) AEST.
2. Only real money gameplay on the game Spring Break will qualify for the promotion. By placing a wager, players are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms & conditions.
3. StrictlyCash.co.uk reserves the right to refuse entry or to refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these terms & conditions.
4. Following the draw, after the winners have been identified StrictlyCash.co.uk will contact the winner.
5. Microgaming requires StrictlyCash.co.uk to provide their winning player’s first name, initial letter of their surname, country of residence and confirmation they accept the prize within 48 hours of the draw being made. Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their first name, initial letter of their surname and country of residence without any additional compensation.
6. All the prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable except the trip to Las Vegas. A cash substitute of €6,000 can be offered instead of the trip to Las Vegas. Once the winners have accepted all the prizes, the promotion will close and no further draws will be made.
7. If StrictlyCash.co.uk is unable to provide the winning player’s details as outlined in clause 5, a redraw will be made and the previously drawn winning ticket will be invalid.
8. Should a redraw be required, StrictlyCash.co.uk of the re-drawn winning ticket will have 48 hours to contact the winning player and provide the details as per clause 5. Microgaming will carry out up to a maximum of 3 re-draws. If issuing a prize after 3 re-draws not be possible, Microgaming reserves the right to close the promotion. The decision of Microgaming regarding any aspects of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
